Rental Terms

  • Rent due upfront on the1st of the month

  • $10 one-time administrative set up fee

  • 2 month minimum rental requirement

  • Picture ID required with rental contract

  • Access hours are 7am-9pm, daily

  • We kindly request 2 weeks move-out notice

  • Rentals offered in one month increments- proration not offered upon move out
